Customer Terms and Conditions

When you make a booking with us the following terms and conditions will apply:

  1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking on our site.
  2. Payment: You must make payment for accommodation and travel services booked on the site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will (subject to the following) be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the 'Confirm Order' button on that page. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider. Entirely Kiwi holds no responsibility for differences in currency exchange to those displayed on our website.. Bookings for non-fixed price reservations will incur a NZ$5.00 booking fee and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. . A further payment for the services provided is payable directly to the service provider.
  3. Changes to Bookings: If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our Team at the contact details listed. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please note that: bookings at certain accommodation or travel services providers, or in certain time periods, or for certain room or vehicle types cannot be cancelled or changed; and some accommodation or travel service providers may permit cancellations or changes but this may involve that accommodation or travel service provider imposing a charge, and this information will be displayed (see cancellation policy) on the relevant property or travel details page, which you access prior to making a booking. In addition, we apply an administration charge of NZ$5.00 per reservation to all booking changes and permitted cancellations (this is in addition to any cancellation charges imposed by the accommodation provider). If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made.
  4. Cancellation of Booking: Subject to paragraph 3 above, once a reservation is confirmed, if the cancellation of that reservation or those reservations is made prior to 7 days to the reservation or reservations being used, a full refund will be made less a NZ$5.00 cancellation fee per reservation for all reservations cancelled at that time. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation being used will be made at the discretion of Entirely Kiwi. No cancellation fee will be payable where the booking has to be cancelled as a result of it no longer being available by the Supplier. Where a booking is made and is no longer available by the Supplier, and a substitute booking is made, there will be no charge for the cancellation of the substitute booking only if you have not accepted the substitute booking as an acceptable replacement to your original booking. All substitute bookings must be confirmed as accepted within 24 hours or they will automatically be cancelled without charge.
  5. Refunds: Where a refund is payable to you, that refund will only be made to the credit card that the booking was charged to. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of approval of the refund from Entirely Kiwi.
  6. Requirements by Service Provider for Non-Fixed Price Services: We do not provide your credit card details to any accommodation or travel services provider and as such you will be required to provide a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges. The person registering with the service provider must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, the service provider may ask you to provide photo ID at the time of registration to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained by the service provider to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. This identification information may be supplied to us by the service provider.
  7. Site Information: We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate; however, as considerable information is accessed from our service partners, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you.
  8. Liability: Without affecting any of your statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, consequential) arising from the use of or connected with our site or any products or services purchased on our site. We make no warranty or representation as to the fitness or suitability of any product or service displayed on our site. We services from inventory supplied by each service provider and we do not over-sell that inventory (we cannot accept liability for unavailability of rooms or travel services caused by an service provider over-selling its own inventory).

  10. Posting of Material: You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “entirelykiwi.com” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “entirelykiwi.com” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, “entirelykiwi.com” shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
  11. Copyright: Images and content on this website may not be copied, saved or used in any format other than as incidental to your permitted use of the site.
  12. General: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. We receive payments from our travel services and accommodation suppliers for the provision of our booking service.
